Information We Collect and How We Use It
Two Types of Information is Collected
Personal information you provide to us; and Standard web server/visitor traffic information regarding overall site traffic patterns.
We do not report on individual user sessions. There are instances when Eldora Mountain Resort Project requests individually identifiable information from its users. Examples include: visitor login and information requests. Information we may request includes: First and last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, and areas of interest. Eldora Mountain Resort Project may contact individuals who have provided their personal information in order to send, informational mailings and emails. If at any time you wish to be removed from the Eldora Mountain Resort Project mailing list, please email us at webmaster@eldoraeis.com with “remove from list” in the subject line. Include your name, address and email in the body of the email.
Aggregate Information
In addition to information provided by our visitors, we use the normal Internet tracking tools associated with standard Internet protocols and Web based systems. This system information is typically stored in log files and the information is used for aggregate reporting. Aggregate reporting includes: total number of visitors, most visited sections, peak traffic times, etc. We use aggregate information gathered from your visit to better design our Web site. This information supplies us with a broad picture of how people use our Web site in order to help the management of our systems and to better serve our audience.

Eldora Mountain Resort Project’s web site may contain links to other sites or include downloadable information obtained from third parties. We do not monitor these links for compliance with our privacy statement. This privacy statement applies only to the Eldora Mountain Resort Project Web site. Eldora Mountain Resort maintains the right to change this policy at any time. Our privacy policy will be kept up-to-date and clearly posted on our Web site.

The Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to consider and disclose the anticipated environmental effects of implementing select projects from the 2011 Master Plan for Eldora Mountain Resort (Eldora). Through the identification of opportunities and constraints at the ski area, the proposed projects are designed to allow Eldora to meet guest expectations for a safe, quality, recreational experience by providing appropriate lifts, terrain, and guest services at the resort.
